DALOS provides channel participants (e.g., VARs, Resellers, etc.) a state of the art platform that tracks assets, aggregates OEM pricing, streamlines sales processes, and improves service contact renewal rates. Without DALOS, channel participants would need to implement multiple solutions in order to obtain the same functionality (CRM, CPQ, Asset Management, Marketing Automation).

DALOS is available through a subscription based pricing model which is both scalable and variable:

  • Pricing is based on the number of assets under service contract which may vary from month to month
  • Competitive solutions are based on number of user licenses per month which are fixed in the short terms
  • This pricing model enables a more accurate ROI calculation than traditional user license fee models
  • End-users can determine the true cost of client retention since fee is a function of assets under contract
